Year 3/4 Class Teacher Full Time Location: DE55 Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-time, until March 2026 (potential for extension) About the Role Class Mate is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3/4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the DE55 area. This is a full-time teaching role starting January 2026, running until March 2026, with the strong possibility of continuing further. The successful candidate will take on full classroom teaching responsibilities, delivering high-quality learning, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and contributing fully to school life. Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons for a Year 3/4 class Maintain excellent classroom management and create a supportive learning atmosphere Work collaboratively with the wider staff team Track pupil progress and provide timely feedback Support the school s policies, values, and safeguarding procedures Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 3/4 Strong behaviour management and organisational skills Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning Up-to-date knowledge of the KS2 curriculum Why Join Class Mate?
