Primary Teacher

Position: Primary Teacher Location: Caledonian School (ASN specialist- Spark of Genius) in North Ayrshire Hours: 40 hours per week, term time Salary Details: £33,594 to £50,589 per annum DOE Who we are: As a through school, for pupils from 5-18, we try to inspire and develop our young people through a variety of different learning experiences. Requirements: Teaching qualification and experience.A thorough understanding of the curriculum and effective teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs of learners.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons.Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their design skills.Foster creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression in students.Play and active role in the extra-curricular life of the school.Work effectively within a supporting and high achieving team.
