Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and support pupil achievement. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain high expectations. Have good curriculum knowledge across the primary phase. Be confident in adapting lessons to support pupils of varying abilities and learning needs. Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that motivate and challenge learners. Have excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
