Key Responsibilities-

• Plan and deliver-high-quality, engaging lessons-in line with the National Curriculum-

• Create a-positive,-inclusive-and stimulating classroom environment-

• Assess,-monitor-and track-pupil progress-and attainment-

• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of-all pupils-including those with SEND-

• Manage-pupil behaviour-effectively and consistently-

• Communicate effectively with parents,-carers-and colleagues-

• Contribute to the wider school community and-school improvement-

• Maintain-accurate-records and-pupil assessment data-

Requirements-

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)-or equivalent-

• Experience teaching across-KS1 and/or KS2-

• Strong knowledge of the-National Curriculum-

• Excellent-classroom management-and behaviour management skills-

• A passion for delivering-outstanding primary education-

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service-(or willingness to obtain one)-

• Right to work in the UK-

Desirable-

• Experience across-multiple year groups-within KS1 and KS2-

• Knowledge of-phonics programmes-such as Read Write Inc or Letters and Sounds-

• Experience supporting pupils with-SEND or-additional-learning needs-

• Familiarity with-assessment and tracking systems-
