About the Role

You will provide high quality teaching and learning cover for classes across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, depending on your experience and preference. Assignments are day to day, giving you the freedom to choose when and where you work. You will:

• Deliver engaging lessons using plans left by the class teacher, or plan your own where required
• Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school''s policies
• Support pupil progress and wellbeing throughout the school day
• Adapt quickly to new classes, routines and school settings

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting (newly qualified teachers and ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil success
• Right to work in the UK
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one
