3D Recruit are currently recruiting for an Qualified Primary School Teacher to work across schools in Tonbridge and surrounding areas on both a long term and daily basis. About the Role Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school policies. Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports all students'' individual needs. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child succeed. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing. Support the school s ethos and values, promoting respect, kindness, and responsibility within the classroom and wider school community. About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A passion for teaching and supporting young children in their educational journey. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
