OverviewTeaching Assistant – Slough£89–£105 per day (PAYE) | Full-Time / Flexible Hours | EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Protocol Education is working with friendly and supportive primary schools in Slough, and they’re on the lookout for Teaching Assistants to join their EYFS, KS1 or KS2 teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils

Assisting with behaviour support, classroom organisation, and safeguarding

Making sure every child feels included and ready to shine

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children (school or similar setting)

A caring, patient, and adaptable approach

Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support

SEN experience (autism, ADHD, SEMH, EHCPs) – highly desirable

TA qualification, Thrive training, or First Aid (bonus but not essential)
