Primary Support We are a busy education recruitment agency seeking reliable, caring Support Staff to work across mainstream primary schools in Wakefield and Kirklees. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy helping children learn, feel safe and succeed in the classroom. The Role Classroom support - assisting teachers with learning activities and routines Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on daily school needs Supporting pupils with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and social-emotional needs Providing 1:1 or small-group support Helping maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment Building strong relationships with pupils and staff What We''re Looking For Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, sports coaching or similar) Confidence supporting pupils with SEND Flexibility to work across different year groups and schools Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach Availability for daily supply, part-time, or long-term placements What We Offer Regular work across welcoming primary schools in Wakefield and Kirklees Competitive daily rates Support from an experienced, friendly agency team Opportunities to develop skills in SEND, behaviour support and classroom practice How to Apply If you''re passionate about supporting children and want flexible work in local primary schools, we''d love to hear from you.
