Primary Supply TeacherWaterbeach 140 - 160 a dayWe are seeking a dedicated supply teacher to join our team and support a variety of schools in and around Waterbeach. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students across different year groups. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt to the needs of each class.Maintain a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment.Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel safe to learn and grow.Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation.Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning.Provide feedback to teachers and school leadership to support ongoing student development. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) and Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculumEligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)Strong communication and classroom management skills.A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
