The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Follow lesson plans and adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has excellent curriculum knowledge across the primary age range.
• Is confident teaching both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different school settings.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Has a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
