The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, choosing the days you are available to work.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities
• Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Following the school''s policies and safeguarding procedures
• Adapting confidently to different schools, year groups and classroom environments
• Providing a clear handover to the permanent class teacher where required

What We''re Looking For

To be considered for Primary Supply Teacher opportunities in Watford, you should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Be confident working across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
• Be able to commute to schools across Watford and the surrounding area
