Primary Step Out Tutor (Supply)Sheffield Up to 240 per day (Dependent on Experience, Qualifications and Assignment)Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Primary Step Out Tutors to provide high-quality, personalised education to primary-aged pupils across Sheffield, working outside of the traditional classroom setting. This rewarding supply opportunity offers flexibility while making a genuine difference to children who require additional support to re-engage with learning.As a Primary Step Out Tutor, you will work on a 1:1 basis with pupils across a range of settings, including homes, community venues and alternative provisions, delivering bespoke educational support tailored to each child''s individual needs. Due to the nature of the role and travelling between multiple locations, candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.The RoleYou will be supporting primary-aged pupils who are unable to access mainstream education for a variety of reasons. Many of the children you will work with have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).As part of a Primary Step Out programme, you will help pupils rebuild confidence, develop positive learning behaviours and make academic progress with the aim of supporting their successful reintegration into mainstream education where appropriate.Working closely with ..... full job details .....
