Primary Step-Out Tutor - SEN and Alternative ProvisionTradewind Recruitment - SheffieldLocation: Sheffield and surrounding areasPay: £25-£35 per hour, depending on experienceContract: Full-time Term Time Only MUST BE A DRIVER - ACCESS TO A CAR IS ESSENTIALTradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Primary Step-Out Tutor to provide tailored educational support to children who are currently unable to access a traditional school environment.This role would suit an experienced Primary Teacher, Tutor, Teaching Assistant or education professional who is confident working with children who may have SEN, SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties or barriers to learning.The successful candidate will provide a calm, nurturing and structured approach, helping pupils rebuild their confidence with education and gradually work towards re-engaging with learning.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Providing 1:1 educational support to primary-aged pupilsDelivering engaging and appropriately differentiated learningSupporting pupils who have stepped away from mainstream educationBuilding positive and trusting relationships with pupilsHelping children develop confidence, resilience and independenceSupporting pupils with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needsAdapting lessons around individual needs and abilitiesWorking closely with schools, families and other professionalsHelping pupils make progress towards successful reintegration into education Essential Requirement - You MUST Be a DriverDue to ..... full job details .....
