Are you an experienced School Site Manager looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and welcoming Primary School in Slough (SL3) seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance, health and safety and security of the school site. Please note: Previous School Site Manager experience, a strong Health and Safety background and a full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement are essential requirements for this position. Slough, Berkshire (SL3)Permanent Full Time 37 Hours per WeekStart Date: October 2026 (or sooner)Salary: (£30,160 - £35,530 Inclusive of Fringe Allowance. The Role As Site Manager, you will lead the effective management and maintenance of the school premises and grounds, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently at all times. You will oversee site security, coordinate maintenance works, manage contractors, monitor compliance and health and safety requirements, and support the delivery of school activities and events. The role includes line management responsibilities and requires a flexible approach to working hours when necessary. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the school site and grounds. Ensure the school remains safe, secure, clean and compliant at all times.
