SEND Teacher - Mainstream Primary SchoolLocation: Stechford, Birmingham Full-Time PositionAre you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs?We are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed SEND Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Stechford, Birmingham, working within their specialist SEND Hub.The SEND Hub caters for a small group of 8 children across mixed primary age groups, providing a supportive environment where pupils can access tailored learning, develop essential life skills and reach their full potential.The Role Teaching and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs. Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Supporting pupils'' academic, social, emotional and personal development. Working closely with teaching assistants, school staff and other professionals to provide high-quality support. Assisting pupils with personal care, including toileting and nappy changing, where required.The Ideal Candidate Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have previous experience working with children with SEND. Be confident supporting pupils across mixed primary age groups. Have a patient, nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching.
