Primary Teacher Required - Specialist SEND Provision East GrinsteadWe are working in partnership with a specialist provision in East Grinstead that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a permanent basis.This nurturing and therapeutic setting supports children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), ADHD, and associated communication and behavioural difficulties. The school is committed to helping every pupil develop confidence, resilience, and a positive relationship with learning through a personalised and holistic approach.The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and confident teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Strong behaviour management skills, alongside a calm, patient and empathetic approach, are essential.Pupils benefit from highly personalised learning programmes, small class sizes, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
