Key Aspects of SEND Behaviour TA Roles: Support and Intervention: Providing tailored support, including managing high-needs behaviour, implementing EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans), and assisting with personal care. Behaviour Management Strategies: Using proactive techniques like positive attention, structuring activities, and de-escalation to prevent disruption. Role Requirements: Generally requires patience, flexibility, resilience, and often experience or qualifications in SEND/Behaviour.
