Academics is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder, starting ASAP. About the Role This is a full-time, long-term position where you will work closely with one pupil in Year 5, supporting both their learning and emotional development throughout the school day. The pupil is verbal, but communication can be limited as they may "parrot" language rather than engage in back-and-forth conversation. They benefit from clear, simple instructions and consistent adult support.
