SEN Teacher (Primary)PrestonPay: £170 - £230 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)Contract: Full-time, long term, on-going positionStart Date: January 2026Vision for Education is proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking, nurturing SEN School in Colne to recruit a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher with Primary specialism.About the Role:As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised education to students with complex learning needs, including autism and challenging behaviours. You will be instrumental in shaping a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes growth, engagement, and success for each young person.Your Responsibilities:- Plan, deliver and assess lessons tailored to individual student needs.- Develop and implement EHCPs and Behaviour Support Plans.- Collaborate with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, and care staff to ensure a consistent, multi-professional approach.- Foster a safe, respectful and nurturing classroom environment.- Communicate regularly with families, carers, and external professionals.- Promote students'' social, emotional, and academic development in line with the School Development Plan and regulatory standards.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent- Experience teaching students with SEND, particularly autism and/or SEMH- Strong classroom management and organisational skills- A compassionate, empathetic, and ..... full job details .....
