As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment where every child can thrive.

• Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and other professionals to provide tailored support.

• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise achievement.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

• Promote pupils'' confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing.

• A welcoming specialist primary setting based in Cambridge.

• Committed to providing outstanding support for children with a range of additional needs.

• A collaborative team with a child-centred approach to learning.

• Excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching within a primary school or SEN setting.

• Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable.

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

• A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach to teaching.

• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.

• The ability to provide suitable references covering recent employment.
