This role would suit a confident, resilient teacher who is comfortable working with pupils with high behavioural needs and understands the demands of a specialist SEN environment. The Role Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons within a primary SEN classroom. Support pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Manage behaviour effectively, maintaining clear boundaries and consistent routines. Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs. Work alongside a team of Teaching Assistants providing support throughout the classroom. Promote pupils'' engagement, development and independence. Please note: This is a demanding role.
