With small class sizes and a collaborative staffing model, you will work closely with experienced support staff to provide consistent, high-quality provision for pupils who require a more bespoke approach to learning Your new role You will take full class responsibility for a small group of 8 primary-aged pupils, supported by two Teaching Assistants. This is a full-time role starting in the Autumn term, where you will be expected to lead learning confidently and independently.
