The Role Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of additional needs. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Work closely with teaching assistants, class teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress. Develop and implement individual learning plans and interventions. Monitor and assess pupil achievement, adapting strategies to meet individual needs. The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
