What the role involves:

• Supporting children with ASD in small groups and 1:1 settings

• Helping pupils develop their confidence, communication, and independence

• Working alongside teachers and support staff to create a positive, nurturing environment

• Celebrating children''s achievements - big and small!

Who we''re looking for:

• Someone who is patient, kind, and reliable

• Experience supporting children (in schools, nurseries, or care settings) is helpful but not essential - the right attitude and enthusiasm are what matter most

• A genuine desire to make a difference in children''s lives
