Teaching Assistants - SEN Support in Bedford

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for creative, committed and resilient individuals to join our schools across Bedford as Teaching Assistants. These roles focus on supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

As a Teaching Assistant with Tradewind, you will:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have a range of additional needs

• Support children with their learning, behaviour and social development

• Help to adapt resources and approaches to make learning accessible

• Play a key role in creating a safe, supportive and engaging classroom environment

We are looking for candidates who are patient, proactive and passionate about making a difference in education. Whether you already have experience in schools or are looking to build your skills, Tradewind can offer you training, support and the chance to gain invaluable classroom experience.
