Day to day, you will implement visual timetables, break tasks into manageable steps, and use clear routines to reduce anxiety. You’ll run short interventions targeting communication, social skills and core learning, record simple progress notes, and share next steps with staff and parents.      The Candidate:   You’re a graduate with a patient, empathetic manner and strong communication skills.
