This role is ideal for an experienced educator who wants to move away from the traditional classroom setting and provide personalised, impactful learning experiences. Many of these pupils have been out of education for an extended period and may be awaiting a school placement. Your role will be to provide structure, encourage engagement, and support their academic and emotional development during this transitional period. Prospero Teaching will work closely with you to monitor progress and ensure effective learning outcomes for each pupil.
