You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider school team to create a structured, engaging classroom environment where every pupil can thrive. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver differentiated lessons appropriate to pupils individual learning needs. Create a safe, structured and positive classroom environment. Adapt teaching methods and resources to support pupils with autism and additional learning needs. Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, setting achievable individual learning targets. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other professionals to support pupil development. Promote communication, independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
