Primary Teaching AssistantLocation: North Manchester (Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Surrounding Areas)Hours: Full Time, Monday-FridayStart Date: ASAP / FlexiblePay: per dayEmpowering Learning is recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant to work in various friendly and supportive Primary Schools around the North Manchester in areas such as Bolton, Bury and Rochdale. The roles available vary from casusal, day-to-day supply to full-time, long-term placements supporting pupils across the schools and working closely with class teachers to support learning and development.This opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with children, and is looking to gain or build on experience within a primary school setting.The Role:Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activitiesWorking with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where requiredAssisting with the delivery of lessons and learning activitiesHelping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environmentSupporting behaviour management and school routinesProviding pastoral support to pupils when neededThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have experience working with children in a school or similar settingBe enthusiastic, patient and approachableHave strong communication and teamwork skillsBe reliable, proactive and adaptableHold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 desirable but not essential)What''s on Offer:Supportive and welcoming school ..... full job details .....
