Prospero Teaching is looking for kind and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Emsworth.What You’ll Be Doing

Support learning through tailored, structured activitiesHelp children build their confidence, communication, and social skillsContribute to a calm and supportive classroom environmentAssist with planning and delivering lessons alongside teaching staffObserve and track progress to help meet each child’s goalsSupport with personal care as needed, always with dignity and kindnessChampion inclusion by making sure all pupils feel seen, safe, and supportedWhat We’re Looking For

Experience with Special Educational NeedsPatience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitudeUnderstanding of tools like Makaton and visual aidsGood communication skills and team spiritSolid grasp of English, Maths, and basic IT skillsPassion for creating a safe and nurturing environment for childrenLocation:
