The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a-committed team. This is an exciting opportunity to teach in Lower Key Stage 2 and play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from Key Stage 1.

The successful candidate will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively

• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL learners

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

• Contribute to the wider life of the school

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable but not essential)

• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

• Has high expectations for achievement and behaviour

• Is reflective, motivated, and committed to professional development
