For the right teacher, regular supply work could lead to a long-term placement.What does the role involve? Delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2. Following lesson plans and adapting activities to meet pupils needs. Maintaining a positive classroom with clear expectations. Supporting pupils with SEND within mainstream classrooms. Providing useful feedback to the class teacher. Following each school s safeguarding procedures and policies. The successful Primary Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in UK primary schools. Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum. Confident classroom and behaviour management skills. A caring, enthusiastic approach and strong work ethic.
