Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that accommodate diverse learning needs, adapting to studentsandrsquo; individual learning styles, abilities, and educational backgrounds.
- Promote student autonomy and interpersonal skills through interactive and collaborative activities.

- Support students in developing literacy and numeracy skills through targeted interventions and tailored strategies to drive academic progress across the wider curriculum.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Enhanced DBS check and professional references.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners.
