Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales and the school''s curriculum requirements. - Support pupils'' academic progress, personal development and wellbeing. - Create a positive classroom environment that promotes participation, confidence and a love of learning. - Adapt teaching approaches and resources to meet the differing abilities, learning styles and needs of pupils. - Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development. - Establish clear expectations and promote positive behaviour management strategies. - Support pupils'' literacy, numeracy, communication and wider learning skills. - Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, additional learning needs staff and other school professionals. - Maintain effective communication with colleagues and contribute to pupils'' ongoing development. - ..... full job details .....
