Job Title: Year 5/6 Primary Teacher (Full-Time)

This role is based within an Outstanding independent specialist provision, supporting autistic children and young people aged 5–19. The school provides a nurturing, structured environment tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils, with a strong focus on inclusive and supportive learning.

About the Role:
I C Talent is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a specialist setting in the Cambridge area. You will be teaching a Year 5/6 class, starting with a small group of up to 5 pupils, with potential for growth. You will be supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), ensuring a collaborative and well-supported classroom environment.

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00, plus weekly training/meetings on Tuesdays (16:00–17:00).

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience in Upper KS2 preferred
• Strong behaviour management and adaptability
• A team-oriented approach
• An interest in or experience working with autistic pupils or within a specialist setting is highly desirable
