As a KS1 Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of young learners. This role offers the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings across Stoke on Trent, providing both stability with long-term temporary placements or flexibility through daily supply work. You will be responsible for delivering stimulating and inclusive lessons that support children''s learning and development, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to KS1 pupils, following the national curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment
• Promote the social, emotional, and physical development of pupils
• Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support pupils'' development
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to school policies and procedures
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Uphold safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
