Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes pupil engagement and achievement. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies. Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual pupils and classes. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children at all times.What we''re looking for:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting. Confident teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
