Provide 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), following individual learning and support plans where required. Assist with whole-class activities and provide small-group interventions. Encourage pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development. Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Monitor pupil progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff.
