Remedy are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Stratford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential. You''ll be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The role:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing behaviour

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional help

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

• Encourage and motivate pupils to participate and achieve their learning goals

• Provide emotional and social support to pupils as needed

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with children in a school setting

• Be patient, proactive, and flexible

• Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum

• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS

• Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
