About the role:
The SENCO will lead SEND provision, coordinate EHCPs and interventions, and work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every pupil thrives.

We''re looking for a dedicated candidate to:

• Oversee SEND strategies and maintain accurate records.
• Support teachers with differentiation and planning.
• Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals.
• Monitor pupil progress and drive best practice.

Requirements - The ideal candidate would have:

• NASENCO qualification or willingness to achieve it.
• Experience as SENCO or similar role in a primary setting.
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusive practices.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
