What You''ll Be Doing: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you''ll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive both inside and outside the classroom by: Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs. Encouraging confidence, independence, and social development. Supporting children with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties, and SEMH needs. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support and interventions. Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
