Primary School Learning Support Assistant RadlettLocation: Radlett area Start-date: ASAP Contract: Full-time Pay: £85-£115pd (Dependent on experience)Supply Desk are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Radlett area. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and support staff to provide pupils with the guidance and encouragement they need to access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and creating a positive, nurturing and engaging primary school environment where every pupil feels supported and encouraged to succeed.Key Responsibilities: • Support pupils across the primary age range with their learning and development • Provide 1:1 and small-group support as required • Assist pupils with accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities • Work alongside the class teacher to support lesson delivery and learning activities • Encourage pupils to develop independence, confidence and positive attitudes towards learning • Support pupils with their social, emotional and behavioural development • Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and engage positively in school life • Monitor and communicate pupil progress and wellbeing to the class teacher and relevant staff • Adapt support approaches to meet individual pupil needs and learning styles • ..... full job details .....
