As this primary schools HLTA, you will work closely with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning activities across the KS2 (Year 3 to year 6). You will take a leading role in supporting pupils'' learning, providing targeted interventions, and occasionally covering classes in the absence of a teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Plan and deliver learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
• Lead small group interventions and support individual pupils
• Cover lessons as required, ensuring continuity of learning
• Contribute to assessment, tracking, and pupil progress monitoring

The Ideal HLTA:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification ideally
• Previous experience in a primary school setting
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
• Ability to inspire and engage young learners
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A calm, patient and flexible approach
• Experience working in UK schools
