About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and hardworking Caretaker to maintain our premises to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds clean, safe, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of buildings and surrounding grounds.
• Carry out routine inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs where appropriate.
• Open and secure the premises as required.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling.
• Keep storage areas clean, organised, and well stocked.
• Liaise with contractors and report any urgent repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

What We''re Looking For

• Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in property maintenance, caretaking, cleaning, or facilities management is desirable.
• Basic DIY and maintenance skills are an advantage.
