      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Behaviour Support Mentor North Manchester Full-Time Long-Term Role Aspire People Aspire People are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor / Teaching Assistant to work with two Year 6 pupils at one of our partnered schools in North Manchester. The successful candidate will provide individualised support throughout the school day, with the role split between two pupils who require different approaches to behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and young people and who can use their interests, personality, and experience to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
