We''re looking for a QTS-qualified Primary Tutor to work with children across the BCP area, providing tailored 1:1 tuition on behalf of Local Authorities.

Many of the learners we support require alternative educational provision due to SEND, anxiety, school avoidance, medical needs, or other barriers to learning. As a Primary Tutor, you''ll help pupils build confidence, develop core skills, and re-engage with education through a personalised approach that meets their individual needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for a flexible role where they can focus on making a meaningful impact with each learner.

• Pay Rate: -2530 per hour

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Minimum 6 months'' experience in an educational setting
• Experience teaching or supporting primary-aged pupils
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally across the BCP area
