Your Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons across Nursery to Year 6. Follow school planning while adapting lessons to meet individual pupil needs. Establish positive classroom routines quickly. Support pupils with SEND, EAL and additional learning needs. Promote excellent behaviour and positive learning attitudes. Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and senior leaders.
