What You''ll be Doing Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day and night shifts Administer medications and treatments Monitor and assess residents'' health and well-being Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care. Maintain accurate care and documentation Support residents in achieving their personal health goals What You''ll Need NMC Registered Nurse Pin Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge in CQC regulations.
