This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the school''s music provision while fostering a love for music among students.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping Teaching and Learning of MusicDeliver inspirational music lessons to all children, from our two-year-old nursery to Year 6.Ensure continuity and progression in planning, teaching, and learning.Use a range of teaching strategies to engage and support all pupils.Work closely with the Inclusion Manager to support SEND, EAL, and disadvantaged pupils.Develop children''s, staff''s, and parents'' enthusiasm and confidence in music throughout the school.Music Leadership and EventsLead and manage extra-curricular music provision, including choirs and orchestras/bands.Organise and coordinate music events for parents and carers, as well as collaborations with local schools and organisations.
