The school is committed to ensuring all pupils are given equal opportunities to succeed, with a strong focus on supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

The school is looking to take on a Primary Learning Support Assistant on a full time or part time basis, starting ASAP. The successful Primary Learning Support Assistant will be working across KS1 and KS2, providing 1:1 support to pupils with ALN, helping to engage them in lessons and support their academic and emotional development.

The successful Primary Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Experience supporting children with ALN
• Proven 1:1 support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient and nurturing approach
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and adaptability
